  • 2,000 mAh battery
  • Android 4.2 Jellybean

As you can see guys both phones have the same specs.  This will be very hard for you to choose.

Here are some factors to consider:

  • The Starmobile Diamond V7 has expandable memory which the MyPhone Iceberg lacks. Its a big deal breaker for some so the Diamond V7 will be perfect choice for those who like to store movies, music and pictures. It has a bigger battery than the MyPhone phablet so the Diamond V7 is a perfect choice.
  • The MyPhone Iceberg’s strengths are the anti-theft app called TARA and motion gesture feature called Clever Motion. Just like the Samsung Galaxy S4, I find this feature gimmicky. But what I like is the anti theft feature which is very useful for all of us.  If you are the type of user who travels a lot or takes the cab bus or jeep to get to your destination, TARA is very important and the MyPhone Iceberg is for you.

  2. I bought ICEBERG, but i was disapointed. Ang available nalang is 12gb. Nireklamo ko sya but they wont allow me to refund. 😦 Does anyone have the same experience?

    • Android OS eats up to 10% of the total ROM plus preinstalled apps also eats up ROM too. If you are looking for a phone with expandable memory, I suggest that you sell your MyPhone Iceberg and buy a Starmobile Diamond V7.

    • I have my DIAMOND V7 for almost a month na, and I have no single regrets having it. One thing is, all my apps can be save easily sa SD card, so, yung mga bashers dati na sbi sobrang liit ung $gb na internal, well, its so awful that you cannot even used a single bit of it sa lahat ng apps na gusto mong ilagay, Thus, keeping the internal memory free keeps your phablet performance satisfying. The battery is as good as it was advertise!!! I bought this immediately on the 1st day it was out in the market!!!!

Starmobile v7 or nokia lumia 625??

  4. camera pala lang eeeeeee. lets not even argue about the sd card capabilities. camera na lang. proven na starmobile ang king of local smartphone cameras. the restare inferior. cherry mobile 18mp?? ow come oon. they are superior sa camera. hehe. so v7 na.

  5. sir alin ba nag mas matatag ang battery ng diamond vs at iceberg? kasi may huawei g510 ako gusto ko ibato, 512 ang ram kaya pangit sa games tapos yung battery 17500mah wla pa isang oras mag games lowbat agad.

  6. I am planning to buy the V7. Marami na akong nababasang feedback about (MyPhone, Starmobile and Cherrymobile), ang ayuko lang sa Cherrymobile yung battery lumulubo, nakakatakot baka sumabog. Nung pumunta ako sa store ng CM, sinabi ko na lumulubo yung battery ng CM, aba! nag agree yung saleslady, na disappoint ako LOL, so not to CM nko. I have the qwerty myphone phone din, so far, 4 years ko na ginagamit, aba matibay ang battery ng myphone, kaya lang basag na yung screen kasi na hulog ko yung phone pero until now ginagamit ko pa rin for regular calls and texts. So I would say matibay ang battery ng MyPhone, but the only problem is the Iceberg’s battery is not removable, so my point is, if you are going to use it for games or wifi hotspot, what if you need to reset the phone due to lags or heat? in my experience and opinion, it will not fix the problem just by turning on and off the device, you really need to remove the battery para mapahinga yung phone. So it is really an advantage if the battery is removable. Upon weighing my reviews, I guess V7 will be on top and I hope that it will not disappoint me since I would like to buy it because it is a quadcore phone, I am planning to store more games and apps which is another advantage of its storage capacity. That’s all folks!

  7. I am currently using Xperia Arc S nga pala which I am using for almost 2 years na. With its 8MP camera, I can say that it is amazing. I can only install few apps because of its 512MB RAM. I can’t even install Games, baka matapon ko lang yung phone kasi super bagal. For Wifi Hotspot, I applied for the Smart bro Plan 999, I inserted the Smart postpaid sim to my Xperia arc s and I was able to connect my laptop to it with no issues at all. The only reason I would like to buy v7 is because it is a quadcore phone which I can use for gaming and install more apps. Quadcore is Quadcore, phablet is phablet. Lahat ng mga local phones na to are amazing and I should say hanapin lang ang disadvantage ng each devices then timbangin nyo kung saan ang mas aangat para sa inyo (CM, MP or SM). I hope that would help.

  8. Battery wise, pick MyPhone. Matibay ang battery ng MyPhone. Motolite ata gamit nila (*just kidding LOL). Cherrymobile battery is a threat, it is growing like it will explode. V7? I will check it out once I buy the diamond v7.

  9. May lalabas na bagong cherry mobile ngayon.. Omega HD 2x! 2GB RAM at 32gb internal storage, 18mp camera at 8mp sa front.. Huuwaaaw! 😀

    • Na naman??? Waaahh… Help! Thanks !
