Android 4.4 Kitkat Coming To Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2

Do you feel like your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or Galaxy S3 is outdated and you want to get a new one? This news might make you hold your phone more for a few months or so.  Samsung has announced that the much-awaited Android 4.4 Kitkat update will be coming to your Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 soon!

According to foreign blog TalkAndroid, the update for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 owner will come this month while Samsung Galaxy S3 owner will get the update in early May. No word yet what kind of changes will it bring to the your phones. Stay tuned.

LG G2 in The Philippines Now Getting Android 4.4 Kitkat

Attention to my fellow LG G2 owners! Android 4.4 Kitkat is currently being rolled out our phones! The file is quite big at 535MB so better connect you G2 to a reliable WiFi connection and not to your LTE connection especially if you are a Globe subscriber (Remember that 1GB per day data cap?)

Here’s the improvements being made after the update:

Android 4.4 KitKat Now Rolling Out on Samsung Galaxy S4

Attention Samsung Galaxy S4 owners! Samsung has just rolled out Android 4.4 Kitkat update for your phone. Better connect to WiFi to get the update. We had our Samsung Galaxy S4 updated to Kitkat last night.

Here are some of the new features you will have after the update:

  • Android 4.4.2 Kitkat
  • Music Album art will be displayed on the lock screen while playing music.
  • A new launcher setting menu
  • Improved UI and stability

After the update, we noticed the battery indicator became white (from green). Same thing happened on the signal and WiFi indicator as well.

Facebook has finally bring its popular messaging app on Windows Phone. Just like any messaging app, it has stickers and emoticons that bring life to your messaging needs.
